Job Description:Vault Minerals is looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our team at the King of the Hills Gold Mine. The purpose of the Laboratory Technician is to perform an essential task involving the analysis of Processing plant samples for Metallurgical accounting, recovery monitoring and test work requirements, ensuring set work priorities are conducted to minimise interruptions to the process using risk management strategies.This role is offered on a 14/14 or 8/6 roster -  FIFO from Perth.Key responsibilities will include:Operate the Laboratory and associated equipment in a safe and accurate manner.Conduct checks every shift to ensure reagent stock levels and other consumables are maintained at all times.Ensure pre-starts are conducted at the beginning of each shift and report all electrical & mechanical faults and breakdowns to the Maintenance team in a timely manner.Ensure all log sheets, checklists, reports, shift diaries and safety and environmental meetings are recorded.Obtain competency signoffs, to learn and confidently operate sections of the lab.Accurate data entry and set up of batch runs using LIMS.Ensure routine QA/QC checks, including Particle Size Analysis (PSA), are completed.Operate the Jaw Crusher, Pulveriser, Dust Extractor, Sieve Shaker, Bottle Roller and the Drying Ovens and their associated equipment in accordance with established procedures.Operate the Fume cupboard and all its associated equipment in accordance with established procedures. Job Description:
Vault Minerals is looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our team at the King of the Hills Gold Mine.   • Cert 4 in laboratory techniques
  • Forklift ticket
  • Demonstrated experience in AAS operation and maintenance
  • Competent with Microsoft office suite
  • Experience in consumables management
  • WA Driver’s Licence – C Class
  • Australian Working Rights
